The H/D belt are made with Aramid Cord (otherwise known as kevlar) making them much stronger than the standard belts.
The way you can tell the difference visually is the look of them, a standard belt which is made with polyester cords and a standard cloth wrap are Black in colour.
A Heavy Duty belt is usually Blue, Green, Red & sometimes off-white.
